The SHEROES Girls Leadership Academy will be a free, accredited school that will provide quality education to girls from all over Ghana.  The School aims to build the leadership potential of its girls so that they commit themselves to being change-agents in their communities and have long-term, lasting impact on the African continent. Our holistic curricula will include classes in English and French, math, science, health and civic education, as well as music and art programs. Students will receive two healthy meals a day and participate in sports activities. SHEROES Academy will provide a fully comprehensive program for the girls that will include tuition, school supplies, and uniforms.

Working wth the JOYCE BANDA FOUNDATION, the Elect Her initiative aims at projecting women from different regions in Africa who aspire to be elected into political offices such us the Presidency, Member of Parliament, Local Government Representative, Assembly Woman, etc.

The SHEROES Broiler Production Project, currently on pilot in Ghana aims at training women and girls on the how and when of Broiler production as a means of earning a decent living; to take care of themselves and their dependants.
